VIP Assistance is a personal airport welcome: an assistant meets the passenger with a sign at the agreed location and accompanies them towards the exit. A gate meeting is possible only where permitted and confirmed by the airport operator.

Someone to meet you, somewhere to go

After a flight, having an agreed person to meet makes the move from airport to destination easier to organise. Rial Rent VIP Assistance provides a recognisable welcome and assistance along a defined route. Before booking, we agree where to meet, how to identify your assistant and where the service ends, taking the terminal's rules and your requirements into account.

On arrival, an assistant meets you with a sign at the confirmed location and accompanies you towards the agreed exit. Meeting at the gate after disembarkation can be requested only where access is permitted and confirmed by the airport operator. Otherwise, an accessible meeting point is agreed. Passport control, customs and any other required airport procedures still apply throughout your journey.

You may also request assistance for a departure, with arrangements checked for your airport. If you would like help carrying your bags or access to a priority security route, include this in your enquiry: porter and fast track are separate services that require their own confirmation. Any coordination with an onward transfer is also agreed in advance, so the proposal reflects the support you need.

What we arrange for your welcome

A recognisable assistant at the confirmed meeting point. The location and meeting instructions are agreed before the service, within the terminal's permitted access areas.

Guidance towards the exit

Accompaniment along the agreed route from the meeting point to the planned exit. The endpoint and any additional requests are set out in your proposal.

Details before departure

A proposal based on your flight, passengers and stated requirements. Availability, meeting arrangements and conditions are confirmed before you book.

How to arrange it

  1. Share your trip

    Provide airport, terminal, flight, date and time, passengers and bags. Tell us whether you need an arrival welcome or departure assistance.

  2. Confirm the meeting

    Receive availability, the meeting point, route and quote. Any gate access is checked for your flight before booking.

  3. Meet your assistant

    Follow the confirmed instructions to recognise the assistant with a sign, then continue together along the agreed route towards the exit.

VIP Assistance questions

Where do I meet the assistant?

At the location confirmed before booking. This may be an accessible terminal area; a gate meeting is offered only where access is permitted and confirmed by the airport operator.

Can someone meet me as I leave the aircraft?

A gate welcome after disembarkation must be checked. It is not automatically available and depends on the airport, terminal, flight and authorised access.

Is carrying my luggage included?

Luggage transport is requested through the porter service. The number and type of bags and the route are agreed separately and included in the proposal.

Does VIP Assistance include fast track?

No. Fast track is a separate service, available on request where active. VIP Assistance does not exempt passengers from security, border or customs checks.

Can I request the service for a departure?

Yes. Send your departure details so availability, the meeting point and the assistance route can be checked for your airport and terminal.

What information do you need for a proposal?

Airport and terminal, flight number with date and time, arrival or departure, passenger count and luggage details. Include any additional requirements so the appropriate support can be checked.
