Fast track provides a priority route to security checks where active. It does not remove the checks, include border or customs priority, or guarantee waiting times or boarding.

Priority access checked for your flight

Fast track is a way to arrange access to security checks through a priority route, where the airport offers one. With Rial Rent, you can request an availability check for your journey: the airport, terminal, flight and entry conditions are verified before booking. Your proposal explains which route can be used and how to access it, as arrangements vary between airports.

Priority applies to the route leading to security checks in areas where the service is active. Screening remains compulsory and follows airport rules. Fast track does not let you skip security, passport control, border checks or customs. The time taken depends on terminal operations and the checks themselves: an absence of queues, a maximum waiting time or reaching your flight cannot be guaranteed.

Specify whether your request concerns an arrival or departure so the applicable route can be checked for your particular trip. If you would also like an assistant with a sign, guidance through the terminal or luggage transport, you can request VIP Assistance and porter assistance alongside fast track. Each service is described and confirmed separately, with clear meeting arrangements, scope and conditions before booking.

    Arrive as instructed, use the priority route and complete all required checks. Follow the guidance of the airport and your airline.

Can I skip security checks?

No. Security checks remain compulsory. Fast track concerns the access route and gives no exemption from screening or airport rules.

Does it include priority passport control or customs?

No. This service concerns security checks where active. Border checks, passport control and customs have their own procedures and are not included in the priority access described here.

Does fast track remove waiting times?

No. Passenger volumes and screening can cause waits even in a priority route. Passage times, zero queues and reaching your flight are not guaranteed.

Is it available at every airport?

Availability is not universal. It is checked for your airport, terminal and flight before booking. Specify arrival or departure to identify any applicable route.

Are an assistant and luggage transport included?

VIP Assistance and porter assistance are requested separately. You can ask for a combined proposal, with availability, scope and conditions confirmed for each service.
