A porter service provides luggage transport along an agreed airport route. Rial Rent checks availability, start and end points, and the number and type of bags before booking.

Practical help with your luggage

Travelling with several suitcases, as a family or with bulky luggage takes planning inside a terminal. The Rial Rent porter service lets you request dedicated help transporting your bags, with the route and luggage agreed in advance. The proposal is based on your actual trip details, so you know where the service starts, where it ends and what support has been arranged.

The route may relate to an arrival or departure, depending on airport availability and rules. The meeting point, luggage handover point and accessible areas are agreed beforehand. Access to restricted areas is not automatic. Each request is checked for the airport, terminal and flight, while procedures requiring the passenger's presence remain part of the usual airport process.

Tell us how many bags you have and what type they are, highlighting oversized items or particular requirements. This allows us to check suitable arrangements before confirmation. You can also request a welcome with a sign or a priority security route: VIP Assistance and fast track are separate services with their own availability and conditions. Porter assistance focuses on moving your luggage along the agreed section of your journey.

Quantity and type

The number of suitcases, carry-ons, bulky items and any specific requirements. The planned support is defined using the luggage details you provide.

A defined route

The meeting point and transport endpoint are set out in your proposal. Accessible areas and arrangements are checked against the airport and terminal rules.

Dedicated luggage support

Help transporting bags along the confirmed route. Additional services, such as a sign welcome or personal accompaniment, are agreed separately.

  1. Describe your journey

    Send airport, terminal, flight, date and time. Specify arrival or departure, passenger count and the number and type of bags to transport.

  2. Agree the route

    We agree the start and end points, check availability and prepare a quote with the conditions for the requested luggage transport.

  3. Meet at the agreed point

    At the confirmed meeting location, the arranged support handles luggage transport along the agreed route.

Which bags can be transported?

How much of the airport route is covered?

The section agreed in your proposal, between precise start and end points. The route depends on permitted access and the airport and terminal arrangements.

Can I request a porter for arrivals and departures?

Yes, you can enquire for either. Availability and the possible route are checked for the specified airport, terminal and flight.

Does the porter handle check-in?

The service covers luggage transport. Check-in, documents, airline bag drop and other requirements follow the normal procedures. Any additional accompaniment must be requested separately.

Can I add VIP Assistance or fast track?

Yes. You can request them alongside porter assistance. They remain separate services, with availability, scope and conditions confirmed individually in the proposal.

How is the quote prepared?

It is based on the airport, requested route and luggage details. You receive a proposal to confirm before booking, describing the planned support and its conditions.
