Rial Rent coordinates the vehicle, transfers and airport welcome; the partner carries out the protection. Routes are planned before departure and the quote is available on request.
From the airport to the last appointment
Journeys are one of the moments when a client's schedule becomes most predictable. The security driver, also known as a bodyguard driver, answers this need: the service is not simply a ride with a driver, but part of a protection plan, with routes defined in advance. A specialised protection partner states that it offers secure transport with selected drivers. Rial Rent provides the car and coordinates the transfers, so that car and protection work as a single service, with one point of contact for you.
The vehicle is chosen from the Rial Rent fleet, which includes luxury cars delivered where needed, in Italy and in Europe. You can state your preferences: the available model is confirmed in the proposal. The driver waits for you at the agreed point. If you arrive at Milan Linate or Malpensa, Rome Fiumicino, Paris Charles de Gaulle or Nice Côte d'Azur, the service can begin at the airport, with an assistant who greets you with a name board if you request VIP Assistance. With private aviation you can specify the airport, for example Paris Le Bourget or London Farnborough. From there the journey continues to the hotel and to your appointments.
Journeys are planned before departure: arrival point, routes, timings and any alternatives. The protection is carried out by the partner under its own responsibility, while Rial Rent coordinates the car and the driver. Armoured cars are not part of the standard service: if the risk profile requires it, the partner assesses suitable solutions and sets them out in the proposal. For days spread across several areas, for example from CityLife to the Duomo in Milan or from Mayfair to Knightsbridge in London, you can ask for journeys with timings and stopping points already defined. The price is by quote and depends on duration, legs, destination and the level of protection required.

Who provides the service
The protection activities described on these pages are carried out by a specialised protection partner. The partner states that its team has experience in the armed forces, police forces and special units and in protecting prominent individuals, with training in tactical first aid, and a method based on risk analysis before the service and on encrypted communications.
The roles are distinct. The partner carries out the protection under its own responsibility. Rial Rent, based in Milan, coordinates mobility and logistics: cars, drivers, transfers and airport assistance, in the cities where it delivers its luxury cars. You keep a single point of contact, from your request to the end of the service.

What is a security driver, or bodyguard driver?
A selected driver who works in coordination with the protection: routes are studied in advance and the service is part of a security plan. Rial Rent coordinates the car and transfers, while a specialised protection partner carries out the protection, under its own responsibility.
Is an armoured car possible?
Not in the standard service, which uses luxury cars from the Rial Rent fleet. If your risk profile requires an armoured car, say so in your request: the partner assesses suitable solutions and sets them out in the proposal, before confirmation.
Can I choose the model of car?
Yes, you can state your preferences. The fleet includes luxury cars and the model available for your dates and your destination is confirmed in the proposal, together with the terms of the service.
Does the service include airport pick-up?
Yes, it can begin at the airports of the destinations, for example Milan Linate and Malpensa, Rome Fiumicino, Paris Charles de Gaulle, Nice Côte d'Azur or London Heathrow, or at private aviation airports such as Paris Le Bourget and London Farnborough. Give us the flight, date and time: the driver waits for you at the agreed point. If you wish to be greeted by an assistant with a name board, add VIP Assistance to your request.
How much does a security driver cost?
The cost is set by quote. It depends on the length of the service, the number of legs, the car chosen, the destination and the level of protection required. After your request you receive a proposal with all the conditions, to be confirmed before you commit.
Can I combine a security driver and a bodyguard?
Yes, the two services can be requested together: the bodyguard stays with you on foot and at the hotel, the driver takes you on your journeys. The scope and the roles are set out in the proposal, with Rial Rent as your single point of contact.
